About Allistair Lyttle

Allistair Lyttle is the ISDS Irish National President. Owner of the Lyttle Company, he has been working with sheep dogs since the age of 6. Allistair was introduced to the world of sheep dogs by his father David Lyttle and has developed outstanding skills in trialing and training over his 25 years of working with dogs.  Today, Allistair is a respected dog breeder, selling dogs worldwide.

Allistair has honed and developed his skills with working dogs over the years, winning prestigious awards includingThe Irish Young Handler of the Year at the International Sheep Dog Trials. Allistair is a regular on the Irish National Sheep Dog Trialist Team, competing and winning at International and Supreme level. Allistair along with Spot were the 2010 winners of the BBC's One Man and His Dog competition.

Allistair is now one of Ireland's leading trialists, trainers and breeders.  He is held in high regard for his skills and knowledge worldwide.
